By accessing the Site, registering an account, purchasing a mining plan, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use any of the services.

1. Who We Are and Services Provided

Riot Mining Corps operates a cloud mining platform that enables users to rent hashing power for mining cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin and others supported on the platform) without owning or managing physical hardware. Our Services include:

Account registration and management
Purchase of mining contracts/plans with specified hashing power, duration, and expected rewards
Daily accrual and distribution of mining rewards
Withdrawal of earned cryptocurrencies
Referral programs and other promotional features.

We use remote data centers equipped with mining hardware to perform mining on your behalf. Rewards are distributed based on your allocated hashing power.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use these services.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
You must maintain the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
Only one account per user is permitted. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

3. Mining Contracts and Payments

Mining plans are available for purchase on the site, with details on hashing power, contract duration, pricing, and estimated rewards clearly displayed.
Payments are processed via supported cryptocurrencies.
Contracts begin upon confirmation of payment and run for the specified duration.
We may offer free trial hashing power or bonuses, subject to separate terms. To purchase a mining plan more than 3 times consecutively, account must be verified. If not verified, then individual can only purchase under a different plan for the 4th mining session.

4. Mining Profits and Withdrawals

Profits are calculated daily based on your selected mining plan and hashing power.
Profits are credited to your account balance and can be withdrawn.
Withdrawals are processed to your designated wallet address. You are responsible for providing correct addresses; lost funds due to errors are not recoverable. Only verified accounts can successfully withdraw.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to: Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of laws (including AML/KYC regulations)
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the site or Services
Create multiple accounts or engage in fraudulent activity
Provide false information or impersonate others
